Il Braccialetto Elettronico
Settimana scorsa avevo postato parlandovi di Amazon questo colosso Americano dell'e-commerce , bene a distanza di pochi giorni ecco che di nuovo l'argomento di cui voglio parlarvi riguarda ancora Amazon.
Ma cosa si sono inventati ? , cosa é questa trovata del Braccialetto Elettronico ?.

Per chi non ne é ancora al corrente segnalo che questa famosissima azienda ha diramato l'annuncio di essere intenzionata a far indossare al proprio personale dei braccialetti elettronici.
Perche questo ?, quale motivazione spinge a una tale decisione?, logicamente a livello mediatico si é scatenato un putiferio, chi contrario a tale scelta e chi invece favorevole.
Dal vertice aziendale la giustificazione data é che tramite questi braccialetti da indossare non sono altro che dei sensori dotati di una tecnologia in grado di dialogare tra altri sensori installati negli scaffali e di controllare se il dipendente ha prelevato il giusto prodotto.
Insomma nessun allarmismo , tutte le polemiche sono a dir loro ingiustificate e prive di verità, non sono strumenti che servono a monitorare e controllare passo passo i movimenti del dipendente.
Ci dobbiamo credere ? , non so voi ma io sinceramente credo che stiamo davvero oltrepassando i limiti del rispetto umano e personale di una persona, credetemi non mi riferisco alla propria privacy , anche se forse andiamo ad intaccare anche questo campo , mi riferisco alla dignità di un essere umano , all'essere trattati come automi, come dei burattini , ma una persona deve necessariamente aver bisogno di questo aggeggio ? , é cosi ottusa ? , é davvero cosí limitata d'intelletto da non saper svolgere una simile mansione ?.
Ecco gradirei confrontarmi con voi per percepire i vostri pensieri riguardo al fatto se sia giusto oppure no.
Amazon é stata spesso criticata per il modo in cui agisce verso il proprio personale , turni di lavoro spesso stressanti e modi di fare che portano sovente l'individuo allo stress, io lo definirei Mobbing.

The Electronic Bracelet
Last week I had posted talking about Amazon this American colossus of e-commerce, well after a few days here is that again the topic I want to talk about it is still Amazon.
But what did they invent? What is this gimmick of the Electronic Bracelet.
For those who are not aware of it yet, let me say that this famous company has announced the announcement that it intends to have its wristbands wear its own electronic bracelets.
Why this ?, what motivation pushes to such a decision ?, logically at the media level has unleashed a ruckus, who is opposed to that choice and who instead favorable.
From the top management the justification given is that through these wearable bracelets are nothing more than sensors equipped with a technology able to dialogue between other sensors installed on the shelves and to check whether the employee has taken the right product.

Should we believe it? I do not know about you but I sincerely believe that we are really going beyond the limits of a person's human and personal respect, believe me I am not referring to your privacy, even if we are going to undermine this field, I refer to the dignity of a human being, to being treated like automatons, like puppets, but a person must necessarily need this gadget? is it so dull? is it really so limited in intellect that it does not know how to do such a job?.
