HODLers of iota will be super happy today seeing another big move from iota overnight (for those of you in the US).
After a wild ride hitting the Bitfinex exchange in the middle of June at $0.50, dropping quickly and then exploding to past $1.00. After 2 months of a slight downturn and moving sideways, volume is starting to pickup. Volume started increasing when iota dropped to around $0.25 cents, and then again when iota hit $0.15 cents.
A recent influx of buyers entered the market on August 2nd and August 3rd, more than doubling the volume from the previous few days. this sharp increase in iota to $0.40 cents is a strong move in the right direction, especially as awareness builds around iota's Tangle and value proposition. Don't forget that the number devices connected to the internet is expected to increase substantially over the next few years as adoption picks up and smart devices become more affordable. We need early adopters to jump on the IoT bandwagon!!
