The Very first post i seen when on my way here to write this was a post about using Coinhive's monero miner on your site.. I strongly disagree, now, i won't get into the rumours i've heard as i can neither confirm or deny, i'll simply suggest a better Much less of a head ache alternative.
I Use MonerMinerRocks It's color and default speed setting are customizable, its about 4 total clicks (after sign up & customize) and a copy/paste to get it on your site, and you still have the option to have Hide-a-miner or let your users interact with it with their nice looking GUI.
personally i think user browser mining with Monero is to heavy even at a low setting. If you want something your users will appreciate (and not really notice) use JSEcoin's script miner. its super nice and also a snap to install. so easy infact, a walkthru would be pointless.
