INTRODUCTORY BLOG

Hello guys! Hello Steemians! (If that’s what it’s called)

I’ve been invited here by my dad @long888 few months ago and I got the chance to sign up just at the start of this year and yesterday I got approved by the Steemit community yey! Now I’ll get the chance to explore this new blog writing slash money making site and make the best out of it through: making contents, meeting new friends, learning from them and also to improve my skills on blogging.

So going back to introducing myself before I get to jump to other topics :P

My name is Iannie Lo S. Bangod but my friends usually call me "Honey".. which I also prefer :p I am now 20 year old and turning 21 this year. A fresh graduate and a recent passer of the Philippines’ Pharmacist Licensure Examination last August 2017. Results came out September 2017 (My thanksgiving party along with my 20th birthday were celebrated that month too) and by the next month I fortunately got a job! 2017 was indeed the best year (yet) for me because a lot of great things happened! Not to mention I got to see again my long distance partner late last year after more than a year of waiting :)

CAREER LIFE

I’m currently working at a Community Drugstore here in my hometown- Cagayan de Oro City, Philippines. Planning to work to other institutions someday, maybe in a Pharmaceutical Distribution Firm, other community drugstores and at a Government Hospital, hopefully. To proceed schooling to become a Clinical Pharmacist is also one of the things I want to achieve in life. Since I’m the person who is always aiming for more. But for now I still have a lot to discover and learn here in my first job also because I’m just starting practicing my profession, being a Registered Pharmacist in the real world which is really different from just reading books, memorizing drug names and answering test questions.

HOBBIES

I am already into blogging since late 2016. Influenced by my dad still and two of my favorite bloggers- sisters Vern and Verniece Enciso, a fashion, travel and lifestyle Filipino bloggers. (I actually have a blog about their blog at my Bitlanders account. Haha yep!) Aside from blogging, I am also fun of watching Vlogs. Vlogs are basically making contents through recording videos and I really enjoy watching it on youtube especially the “Daily Vlogs” of some of my favorite vloggers Wil Dasovich and Itsjudystime along with their families (Daso Fam and Travis Fam). The two vloggers both have a Filipino blood, they are residing in the US but they are somehow showing the Filipino culture, personalities and some of the places here in the Philippines through their videos on youtube. That makes me like them more :)

LIFE IN SQUARES

Two things I’m also most interested to are: Exploring places and indulging in food! My Instagram account basically shows how I love to travel and eat and these are just some of them :) My next blogs would probably be more on places and food photography! By the way my username here and on instagram is same so you can check me out there and might want to follow me hehe! Now let's go in to some of my pictures!

6th pic: At Hennan Resort, Panglao (Also in Bohol) I actually just posed for a picture at their seaside, didn’t really entered from the entrance of the resort since the fee is so expensive! Haha we were at another resort that time yet you can still stroll in any resort there in Panglao.
7th pic: Chicken wings, cheese fries and my fave Lasagna from Greenwich.
8th pic: Dressed up as a Captain at Ship Haus Bohol.
9th pic: My second climb at Paminahawa Ridge, Impasugong, Bukidnon. Got the best view ever here!

1st pic: Black bun cheesy burger! Bet you’ll be drooling too!
2nd pic: This is right after the exhausting climb at Mt. Capistrano, totally relaxing in this natural cold spring!
3rd pic: The view at the Retreat House during our Holistic Retreat. This is actually at the back part of the place, the front part also has a great view of the city along with the ocean.
4th pic: Cookies and cream milkshake with a burger on top of it with fries overloaded with meat and cheese! Yay!
5th pic: That is my view at the peak of Mt. Capistrano in Malabalay City, Bukidnon. Indeed a stress reliever :)
6th pic: Also in Nasuli Cold Spring.
7th pic: A customized pizza made by me! You can choose different toppings and sauces to top on your pizza at Pizza Republic CDO! My sister @ninski made a blog about her experience :)
8th pic: That is the rocky trail going to the peak of Mt. Capistrano! You really have to take on difficult trails to reach the top of the mountain! But surely all of your struggles will reward you with a beautiful view afterwards :)
9th pic: Selfie at the top!!

1st pic: Cake from my boyfriend for me! He’s congratulating me for passing the board exams. But I actually didn’t have atleast a slice of it because he lives too far from me hehe.
2nd pic: Just a nice background to strike for a pose!
3rd pic: Just a nice staircase to strike for a pose! Haha (just copied what I wrote :P).
4th pic: The Glorious Nachos at PERCH Modern Kitchen + Bar at a Food Festival at Davao City! We were in Davao for our review that time and we were always sneaking out for snacks :)
5th pic: At Lon Wa Buddhist Temple. We were’nt just sneaking out for snacks during our review but also places to go to! Hehe.
6th pic: A Volkswagen displayed at a Food Fest in Davao City. I did not hesitate to pose for a pic!!!
7th pic: Super yummy steak + onion rings + shrimps + chicken fillet!
8th pic: The only pic I had at Museo Dabawenyo since you can’t take pictures inside the museum. This art displays the people of Davao: The Muslims, The Christians and the Lumads (a tribe protected by the City Government of Davao).
9th pic: At D' Bone Collector Museum. You’ll see preserved bones of animals there (more on sea animals) and how they died. Then you’ll realize how a small act like not throwing trash in the ocean or anywhere carelessly contribute to protecting their lives from danger :)
