Hi everyone again!
I would like to introduce to you, the company that I've chose to be with for a year and 2 months already.
Atos IT Company. It's an ITO company that provides technical support to Local and foreign clients. Technical supports for hardware or software related issues. A European
corporation that also operates here in Philippines. Offices are located in Cebu City and in Metro Manila.
Atos is also the official IT partner for Olympic Games from 2001 up until 2020.
We are not that big and very known in the City.
Atos Cebu office probably has less than 400 employees including back office team. The environment is so pleasant and spacious.
Leaders may be look intimadating but they are so friendly and easy to talk to.
Kind and considerate as well.
We don't have lots of fun activities but still able
to learn lots of ideas from our team mates.
We talk a lot of things, just anything under the sun and moon.
I love the people that I work with.
It may be boring because there is no competetion, but that's fine.
We are striving as one Company in Cebu. Generating good scores to contribute Company's
success. While Atos is gaining profit from our service we are also assured that the company will stay longer.
Transparency, they let us know what's the company's status in every single day. As long as the company will grasp tightly and all the accounts will sign up again for another 5
years, we will remain. We'll continue to do our best to deliver good quality of service.
I am currently working here as an IT Help Desk or Technical Support Analyst.
I manages troubleshooting requests, helps user downloading and installing softwares on their devices. Works at night from 7PM to 4AM with Saturday and Sunday Off.
Taking calls from diffirent types of individuals and understanding diffirent types of nationalities are really difficult. When you are required to be patient, you really need to
be patient. If you really need to empathize, you really need to empathize. Put and leave your personal problems at home or inside your closet. Those are the challenges that you
need to attend and overcome.
We also know that working at night may lead to some health problems or may influence you to go with unhealthy lifestyle. Those things can't stop me from working with this type
of industry. It's not that i dont have any options but it's because i really like working on this type of field. The pay is good and able to support all my expenses which also
really matters.
Though sometimes it's really tiring because you will work at night instead of going to bed and sleep, I will just always think that, if i won't work, i won't get paid!
There is no easy Job in this world and that's for real.
