Hello my name isTaylor, some call me Tbyrd.
I am 28 years old,
I’ve been married 5 years,
My wife and I have 2 boys ages 3 and 1 who occupy most of our time.
I’m part owner of 2 small businesses, W. L. Byrd Lumber Co, and Magnolia Lumber Co.
Byrd lumber is a sawmill that specializes in oversized timbers (I believe we can cut up to a 24inch by 24 inch 45 feet long but I’ve never seen that done), magnolia lumber is our 1 inch division that dries and planes the 1 inch lumber from Byrd.
When I’m not trying to keep up with 2 rugrats or working, I’m either in my workshop making furniture or right outside my workshop working out at my makeshift home gym. I also like to read when time is available. My favorite authors are Brandon Sanderson, J.R.R. Tolkien, Robert Jordan, Patrick Rothfuss, Nora Roberts, Neil Gaiman, Joe Abercrombie, Michael J. Sullivan, Rachel Aaron, James Rollins, and I’m sure there are more that I can’t think of.... oh yeah love some Harry Potter. Favorite tv show is Supernatural, I could watch it all day everyday. West world was pretty awesome too.
I’m new to steem and really have no idea what I’m doing. I started buying a few crypto currencies and discovered steem on Binance. I don’t have a Facebook or any other social media which I’m sure is suspect but whatever. I am interested in steemit and would like to be apart of it, I just have a feeling steemit is going to be huge and is going to the top. I would like to be there when it happens and learn what I can on the journey there.
