Introduction & Naming Contest - A Steemit Follower Tracking App [Name our App and win 20SBD + 20% Payout!]

@pilcrow and me are building a superdupercool Follower Tracking app and we need a name for it!

Awhile back, I was looking for a developer to create cool third-party apps. I found @pilcrow and together we’re a power team creating beautiful things for you!

I am creating designs, @pilcrow is making it work. However, we still do not have a cool name for that cool thing that we are making.

Right now, we just call it the Follower Tracking App since we have no inspiration.

Cool! What is it that you’re making?

With our Follower Tracking App, you can take a peek into the activity from your followers and zoom into the underlying data which Steemit does not provide with the naked eye. Who abandoned you? Who has been loyally by your side? Who are the most influential followers, always bumping you up to a satisfying payout. Or who are useless followers because they haven’t been online in months now?

The more upvotes you get, the less insights you get into your followers. Steemit only provides you with a number and a summary of all your followers, but not who JUST started following you, or JUST unfollowed you.

Why is this superdupercool?

We wanted to create an application which gives you more insights in your followers and their activity when it comes to you - so you can reciprocate in more meaningful ways.

After all, Steemit is a community. It is give and take - and hopefully more give. But how can you give to the people who give to you, if you do not know who they are or how big an influence they have on your posts are without you even knowing so?

Right now, it is hard to figure out on who to reciprocate. Especially if your account holds a big number in upvotes, comments and followers. We want to change that.

Okay sweet! What about the contest?

We need YOU. ALL of you! Since @pilcrow and me and braindead, we would love for you guys to come up with a smashing name for this app.

It could be anything!

We were thinking something along the lines which has to do something with ‘watching’. After all, with our app you can keep a close eye on your follower activity.

This is all cool and all. But like, is there a prize?

Fear not! We both chipped in to reward the best and superdupercool name - on top of that we shall use the name too (which is kind of like the point right?).

Extra points for you if you come up with a name which has a free Steemit username and/or domain name. If this applies to your entry, please tell us so :)

We will reward the winner with 20 SBD and 20% of this post’s payout!

The winners will be announced and paid out in 7 days.

Can I help you in other ways than just taking your money?

Great that you’re still reading because YES we need your support!

The Follower Tracking App is made for and by Steemians on free will. YES WE ARE.

We are hardworking people who would love to make this application into a great product and provide users with the best and most desired data. But we can’t do this alone!

If you like our idea, please feel free to support it with upvotes and resteems! As mentioned before, we created this app to help the community out with valuable data and allow users to engage better with their followers.

Also, we are very thirsty people who live on coffee. After all, we need some fuel for this app! We are, without doubt, open to any donations (and suggestions too if you have them!).

Can I join BETA?

Yes! When we have created out MVP, we will launch our beautiful BETA version for a bunch of users who are willing to try it out, use it and provide us with feedback.

Are you already eagerly waiting and want to reserve your spot in our BETA version?

Please fill out this Google Form to make sure you’re part of the Follower Tracker App.

Feel free to comment below with: “I want to be a BETA Bunny!!!1111” once you’ve signed up.

Please stay tuned and follow @sjennon and @pilcrow for more information and sneakpeaks into our platform.
