I was at a paint jam in Glastonbury about 2 weeks ago where I met @happysmileyman, We talked briefly about me having youtube and many other social media platforms I am juggling but saying that none of them were particularly rewarding or engaging. He mentioned Steemit to me and began to explain the concept and the community engagement, I was very keen to get involved I signed up as soon as I got home and was accepted within 9 days (longest wait of my life due to the excitement of wanting to be a part of it all) so this I my introducing post!

Here is the film I made of the work I created in Glastonbury at the paint jam which led me to discover Steemit.

I am a street artist from the UK working under the name 7th Pencil. I am primarily a stencil artist but I also use freehand and mark making elements in my work. I have an obsession with filming all of my work and have a Youtube channel with over a hundred videos of my work. I am setting up a Dtube account also to help get feedback on my work in the hope it will be more engaging and community based.

I am looking forward to being a member of Steemit to discover art, people and sharing my journey of developing as an artist with all that entails.
