What if we could use steem to turn the world green again?

Most of us here are aware of blockchain and cryptocurrency

We know that blockchain technology has huge potential

But mining takes huge amount of energy and computing power

This takes a toll on our mother nature.

So I am here to start a journey to create a greener planet with the help of steemit. If the idea is successful and the community supports it, we can create a group which will be dedicated to provide awareness.

The money we get from upvotes can be used to buy seeds and plant trees, feed local animals, create shelters and donate medicines to hospitals so that animals can be treated for free

Where I come from, lot of people care for the street animals but they are poor hence cannot afford to provide medical assistance to the animals in case of emergencies like hit by car

This can be our way of giving back to mother nature. The money that we receive from our steemit account, we will be spending for a greener earth. I want lot of steemians to join this cause, we all can contribute towards it. I am not a good blogger, so maybe I am unable able to convey the importance of a greener earth.
