What's really good, People of STEEMIT ! I am what one would call an introvert (noticed how I removed the Supreme patch from the turquoise suede 5-Panel, "having Supreme don't make you cool no mo' in my KidCudi voice). It is because of this introvert personality, my presence on social media platforms tends remain very limited. Thanks to STEEMIT and blockchain tech I have found a way to comfortably share my life experiences for you all to enjoy and relate to. In life, I have found it important to find the people who are looking for you and not to go looking for other people (if it doesn't make sense, one day it will "Stay in your lane"). Ultimately, I would like to see a #StreetCulture presence on STEEMIT. This Collection of Spirits would be the Driving Force of Street Culture on #STEEMIT. Street Culture can be defined as "activities as a result of limited resources occurring on "concrete" or ; many acts occurring on "concrete" within poverty" - Rei-Skywalkah. A few examples would include:
- Basketball in the middle of the street with a milk-crate on a light poll
- Street vendors selling counterfeit or used luxury items
- People collecting cans in trash bags
- Kids playing with fire hydrants in the summer
- Prostitution
- Trailer parks
- Salvation Army
- Drugs
- $1 Pizza
- Ice Cream Trucks
- Skating
- Graffiti
- Art
- Etc.
Old to new, visually there is a cohesive style within street culture that has many layers. Simply put, many of us have seen, been around or, involved in Street Culture. The term being "real" is synonymous with the word organic and thats how I believe Street Culture should be documented. Let's all take apart of Street Culture and tag #STREETCULTURE (where appropriate) on STEEMIT! Let's build a community within a community for all!
