My Name is John, and I'm the creator of Piece of Eight coin, a scrypt based cryptocurrency.
Following Steemit tradition I will introduce myself before introducing the coin.
As above, my name is John. I'm from Europe and I love to play video games. I am, in particular, a big fan of the 2018 game "Kingdom Come: Deliverance". I've been gaming for over 25 years now, and do not plan on stopping anytime soon.
I have a keen interest in programming and am actively working on several to this day. I'm hugely interested in hearing from other programmers and what they are working on so, please, feel free to share them in the comments!

Introducing....
I created this coin due to my love of pirates, and the long-standing internet rivalry between pirates and ninjas, well, the pirate side anyway.
Anyone who knows anything about pirates is aware of the term "Pieces of Eight", it was considered as the first world currency and made popular through pirate lore.
Our Piece of Eight has 88,000 coins in total and is minable.
