Muy buenas y un cordial saludo gente de hive, mi nombre es Miguel Alejandro Ordaz Mariño y mi nombre artístico es MiguelAle y en este post les contare un poco sobre mi persona. Tengo 17 años vivo en Venezuela y actualmente estoy por acabar mi bachillerato.
Llevo 5 años aprendiendo y mejorando en el ámbito del diseño gráfico, empecé en esto del diseño gracias a que tenía un canal de youtube en el cual subía videos de juegos, y como no sabía nada de programas para mejorar mi perfil, logo y miniaturas del canal empecé a buscar diseñadores para que me ayudaran en esas cosas, en ese tiempo tenía 12 años y no comprendía muy bien que la gente cobraba por su trabajo, lo cual me hizo aprender por mí mismo como diseñar esas cosas que necesitaba para mi canal porque no cumplía con presupuesto para pagarle a una persona que lo hiciera.
Este fue mi primer diseño que hice mediante mi Tablet usando una aplicación, la imagen del fondo no es de mi autoría, tampoco me gusta el anime, pero en ese tiempo no sé qué pasaba por mi mente para escoger esa imagen. Las letras las hice con una app (no era muy difícil de hacerlas).
Esta miniatura fue la primera que hice para mi canal, en esta ocasión usando Adobe Photoshop, como pueden ver la imagen del guerrero con cachos morados fue recortada por mí, la verdad es un buen recorte para ser la primera vez que lo hacía, las demás imágenes no fueron recortadas por mi. Luego con el tiempo empecé a meterme más en querer hacer cosas en 3D y me descargue un programa llamado Cinema 4D en este programa empecé hacer renders de personajes de Minecraft y también hice textos en 3D.
Luego con el tiempo fui mejorando y también haciendo otras cosas, como también empecé a tomar fotos, por aquí les estaré dejando algunas de ellas.
Estas fotos la tomen hace años, mientras que iba aprendiendo cosas del diseño y también conociendo otros programas para editar. Luego con el tiempo que iba mejorando fui consiguiendo clientes y conociendo gente que hacía lo mismo que yo y me fui influenciando un poco de ellos, lo cual hizo que arreglara mis precios por diseño y probar otros tipos de diseños.
Mi motivación para seguir echándole ganas fue cuando le hice un mascot logo a un Youtuber con más de 6 millones de seguidores que llevo años viendo vio el diseño que le hice y gracias a eso me empezó a conocer más gente y youtuber me empezaron a pedir trabajos. Este fue el diseño que le hice y que hoy en día sigue fijado en mi perfil de twitter.
Ese día estaba muy pero muy emocionado, y eso me hizo ponerme más serio en lo que estaba haciendo, empecé hacer foto manipulación y la primera que hice fue para la marca GFUEL (Marca que conocí por sus bebidas energéticas). Un día vi que sacaron una nueva línea en colaboración con el juego Crash Bandicoot y me inspiro hacerle un diseño para ver si lo veían, este fue el diseño.
La gente de GFUEL lo vio y les gusto mucho y me regalaron su RT, su comentario sobre el diseño me puso muy feliz y a pesar de que es una empresa muy grande me tomaron en cuenta y eso me hizo sentir muy feliz.
Cada cierto tiempo o cuando puedo hago poster para gente o marcas que me gustan para así seguir practicando y mejorando en diferentes ámbitos.
Después con el tiempo empecé a meterme en un programa llamado Adobe after effect el cual se utiliza para hacer animaciones y lo empecé a usar ya que en mi trabajo me mandaban animar algunas cosas, como hacer alertas, transiciones, escenas, etc. La verdad empecé viendo uno que otro video en youtube y luego lo demás lo empecé hacer toqueteando herramientas y más que todo haciendo prueba y error, aquí les dejare la presentación de una animación que hice para una streamer.

My name is Miguel Alejandro Ordaz Mariño and my artistic name is MiguelAle and in this post I will tell you a little about myself. I'm 17 years old and I live in Venezuela and I'm currently about to finish my high school.
I've been learning and improving in the field of graphic design for 5 years, I started in this design thing because I had a youtube channel in which I uploaded videos of games, and as I didn't know anything about programs to improve my profile, logo and thumbnails of the channel I started looking for designers to help me in those things, at that time I was 12 years old and I didn't understand very well that people charged for their work, which made me learn by myself how to design those things I needed for my channel because I didn't have the budget to pay a person to do it.
This was my first design I made with my tablet using an app, the background image is not my own, I don't like anime either, but at that time I don't know what was going through my mind to choose that image. I made the letters with an app (it wasn't very difficult to make them).
This thumbnail was the first one I made for my channel, this time using Adobe Photoshop, as you can see the image of the warrior with purple horns was cropped by me, the truth is a good crop for being the first time I did it, the other images were not cropped by me. Then over time I started to get more into wanting to do things in 3D and I downloaded a program called Cinema 4D in this program I started to make renders of Minecraft characters and also made 3D texts.
Then with the time I was improving and also doing other things, I also started to take pictures, here I will be leaving some of them.
These photos were taken years ago, while I was learning about design and also learning about other editing programs. Then as I got better and better I was getting clients and meeting people who did the same as me and I was influenced a little bit by them, which made me fix my prices for design and try other types of designs.
My motivation to keep working hard was when I made a mascot logo for a Youtuber with more than 6 million followers that I've been watching for years, he saw the design I made and thanks to that he started to know more people and youtuber started to ask me for work. This was the design I made for him and today is still posted on my twitter profile.
That day I was very but very excited, and that made me get more serious about what I was doing, I started doing photo manipulation and the first one I did was for the brand GFUEL (Brand I knew for their energy drinks). One day I saw that they released a new line in collaboration with the game Crash Bandicoot and I was inspired to make a design to see if they saw it, this was the design.
The people at GFUEL saw it and they liked it a lot and gave me their RT, their comment about the design made me very happy and even though they are a very big company they took me into account and that made me feel very happy.
Every now and then or when I can I make posters for people or brands that I like in order to keep practicing and improving in different areas.
Then over time I started to get into a program called Adobe after effect which is used to make animations and I started to use it because in my job I was asked to animate some things, such as alerts, transitions, scenes, etc.. The truth is that I started watching one or another video on youtube and then I started doing the rest by playing with tools and mostly doing trial and error, here I will leave you the presentation of an animation I did for a streamer.
