Hi Rach! Welcome to Steemit from a fellow kiwi. @sift666 and I are the Weston A Price chapter leaders for Wellington so I've made many a batch of kombucha. I haven't got any at the moment, but have milk kefir grains and caspian sea yoghurt if you ever need any starters. My specialty is recipes for people on special diets, which you might find of interest.
