The many layers of a digital character

People seemed pretty interested in what I do for a living from my intro post
So I thought I would post this video of work that was created by the team I am part of. As it is currently on youtube and all current and future work is top secret.

It shows the amount of work that goes into creating a digital asset.

From animating the skeleton to simulating the muscles, fascia and skin and finally applying the fur and simulating the hair.

As you can see, quite a lot of work goes into this kind of asset.
For this example I was only responsible for simulation the horse hair (mane and tail)
