Who can teach me and direct me by the hand for every step of the way?

Hi good day every one, i am new to steemit and i want to lean how it works and how to be a part of the system.

it was on faithfull day when i was searching for bitcoin mining app, then i stumble on a post about bitcoin mining, after reading the posting, i found out at the end of it there was this kind of dollar ($) with some good amount of money on it

So i make a quick search on youtube about steemit and i was marveled for what i see...getting to know of it this time i think is never too late.

I also sure some videos of a guys quitting his jobs just to work on Steemit. it was surprising so i started the junny.

After some few post i found out i may be doing some things wrong. I have some few post presently now but i am getting the feeling i am doing something wrong since i don’t know much about steemit........Please i need help leaning and our i may lean.
