Hola amigos, me complace saludarles. Hoy iniciaré un reto planteado hace algunos años y que al fin tome la decisión de arrancar y al encontrar personas como @youngmusician quien me ayuda a conocer este mundo. Mi nombre es María Mercedes, actualmente tengo 52 años, actualmente vivo en Santiago de Chile, nací en Colombia, allí viví hasta los 10 años, pero pase gran parte de mi vida en Venezuela, país al que le agradezco mucho, pues allí hice vida por más de 40 años y tuve mis tres hijos. Ellos también viven acá y ahora tengo 3 nietos.
Una de las cosas que más me gustan de Venezuela son sus Playas y su amplia gastronomía, que gracias a la influencia de la migración su cultura se diversificó. Me dedicaba en este país a transmitir y llevar los aportes de grandes autores por medio de sus libros de cocina. Esto me dio la facilidad de entrar en este mundo y descubrir mi pasión por la cocina.
Las cosas que me gustan son:
Cocinar. No soy una gran cocinera, pero le pongo amor a cada comida que hago, ya que a través de las comidas ofrecemos a otros las maravillas que la tierra nos brinda trasformando sus ingredientes.
Dibujar. Por medio del dibujo puedo relajarme y divertirme, aunque esto lo hago de manera empírica, se hace fácil replicar dibujos.
Fotografiar. La preferencia que pongo en el objetivo son las flores, pero cualquier cosa que me parece importante fotografiar, la fotografío.
Caminar al aire Libre. Caminar al aire libre es una forma de conectarme con la naturaleza y llenarme de energía.
Actualmente me dedico a la panadería artesanal, desde mi casa hago tres tipos de pan de manera artesanal. Este trabajo lo comparto con mi hermano que es el quien se ocupa de las ventas,.
No tengo experiencia en blogs, siempre me gusta hacer anotaciones sobre gran variedad de temas y compartirlos y que le sea útil a alguien es muy agradable. Me excusaba con la mala calidad de mi internet. Pero nunca es tarde y sé que esta experiencia me permitirá aprender mucho, compartir por acá mis anotaciones y saber que alguien se tomó un tiempo para leerlas y ademas le guste. Seria para mi una experiencia muy satisfactoria.
Mis expectativas son: aprender, conocer cada vez más de este medio, así como de muchos de ustedes y poder utilizar este espacio para leerlos, intercambiar información con las comunidades y conocer personas. Espero recibir muchos comentarios porque así sé que de una u otra forma lo que comparto fue de su interés.

The things I like are:
Cooking. I am not a great cook, but I put love into every meal I make, because through food we offer others the wonders that the earth gives us by transforming its ingredients.
Draw.Through drawing I can relax and have fun, although I do this in an empirical way, it is easy to replicate drawings..
Photograph. The preference I put on the lens is flowers, but whatever I think is important to photograph, I photograph it.
Outdoor Walking. Walking outdoors is a way to connect with nature and fill me with energy.
I am currently dedicated to the artisan bakery, from my home I make three types of bread in an artisan way. I share this work with my brother who is in charge of sales.
I have no experience in blogging, I always like to make notes on a variety of topics and sharing them and that it is useful to someone is very nice. I excused myself with the poor quality of my internet. But it is never too late and I know that this experience will allow me to learn a lot, share my notes here and know that someone took the time to read them and likes them. It would be a very satisfying experience for me..
My expectations are: to learn, to know more and more about this medium, as well as about many of you and to be able to use this space to read you, to exchange information with the communities and to meet people.
