Hey everyone! My name is Sean B and I've been around Steemit for a while now so it's about time to introduce myself right? While I'm here my hope is to add value through my gifts and knowledge, as well as some dope music 🎶. In the past few months I've gotten back into music at the age of 26 after a long break since being a teenager, rapping & playing drums 🥁. I'll have to tell you about the story of how I got into rapping later, but let me just say that I never expected to be rapping when I was younger. 😏
So what am I involved in other than music? Right now I'm in the process of starting my own brand that will be focused on health, holistic nutrition, and fitness. I also trade the forex & cryptocurrency markets 📈, invest in silver, move hot tubs, and maintain a part-time job. That's just what I do for money 💲 -- I spend time doing things like reading 📕, growing plants 🌱, working out 💪, riding my bike 🚲 or shooting hoops 🏀, playing poker ♠♡♢♣, hunting & fishing 🎣, and occasionally working on automobiles 🔧. I say occasionally because I had enough of working on cars to last a long time while I was an automotive technician for several years 😒. Another thing that I used to be involved in that is significant in my life is the Arkansas Razorbacks football team 🏈. I played wide receiver for Coach Bobby Petrino from 2011-2012 when we won the Cotton Bowl 🏆 and finished 11-2 and #5 in the country. I made the team as a walk-on with zero experience in high school. That season happens to be the best season of Hogs football in the last 50 years, and even though we aren't doing too well this year I'll still represent. 😎
Since I was a kid I always loved learning new things, and developing new skills. It's an exciting feeling to accomplish something you couldn't before. The essence of being an entrepreneur is doing and setting out to accomplish new things. The word entrepreneur originates from the French word entreprendre which means to undertake or begin. An entrepreneur is commonly thought to be someone embarking on business or financial pursuits, but I think a better description is someone who embarks on the development and application of new skills and knowledge -- which is the underlying process of any entrepreneurial activity. Development is a must in business and life, so don't stay the same, don't stagnate, and keep growing. Continuously elevate yourself so maybe you can lift someone else up. 💯
