Unexpected, bold, colorful are the perfect words to describe this house in Brooklyn. Comedy writer and author Laura Lane share this space which is under 2000 square feet with her husband Nic Rad.
The couple, who took on the bulk of the renovation themselves, worked with an architect and contractors to select everything from the lighting to the furniture. It all started with a big sofa, a wall earmarked entirely for art and the circular shelf.
