Last night was a memorable night for us. It was our monthly mentoring in the church. The event was held at Rizal Memorial College (RMC) Gym at exactly 6:30 pm. We started with the worship and was full of holy spirit. Many Christians attended the said monthly mentoring to learn more and receive more in the Lord.
After the worship, the emcee introduced the first speaker who is Pastor Henley Motes. He is the pastor of He shared about the true disciples of Jesus. He reminds us that our mission as Christians is to win and make disciples. True disciples are those who shared the word and put it into action. Those who won't think only of themselves but is concerned of the others. Those who win souls and help them become a spirit empowered disciples.
The second spearker was our Senior Pastor Rufino Lagat. He is pastoring the Buhangin Community Church for more than 30 years. He said that we Christians must live our life in an extra ordinary way. Being an extra ordinary is to live beyond what is expected. To exert extra effort in serving the Lord.
I and our steemit friends attended the mentoring and werd so blessed together our friends @vhem and @christine. We were reminded to be more passionate in doing the ministry and sharing the gospel.
We must not be weary in doing and sharing the gospel for our God is with us. With Him nothing is impossible. Thanks for reading. Hope this inspires!
