1 Kg Lechosa tierna
500gr Azúcar
Canela al gusto

Se pela la lechosa y se corta en rebanadas, se hierve 2 veces y se le vota el agua para que no quede amarga. a la 3ra no se le coloca mucha agua y se le coloca la azúcar y la canela se deja hervir por 1 hora y listo... Es muy fácil el secreto esta en cambiarle el agua para que no sepa amargo...
