You can't compare "Carlos" with the political prisoners. Actually, He was imprisoned not because of terrorism, he was caught because of a plain murder. He used a gun, and killed 3 people himself. The terrorism charges came after. So get your facts straight. He wasn't put in jail because of the "effects of his speech", as most of this prisoners have.
