Get this so when it comes to prostitution or selling your own body there is no federal law on this, but most states exempt some rural areas in Nevada have prostitution wrote down as illegal or to be stopped.
The reason that there is no federal prohibition on prostitution is because and I quote "The regulation of prostitution in the country is not among the enumerated powers of the federal government. It is therefore exclusively the domain of the states to permit, prohibit, or otherwise regulate commercial sex under the Tenth Amendment to the United States Constitution"
hahaha yes you just read that now why would I think it is funny that they say this, well education has federal laws housing has federal laws yet none of this things were given to the federal government.
So anyways our government has a moral issue on their hands and this is not the only one, but how can you, me, or anybody tell someone that they can't have sex for money?
It really is mind blowing to me so if I have sex with someone voluntarily its all good, but if I decide that I will ask for 50 bucks now I must be stopped, I should be put in a cage for a couple years for my mistake.... what?
This is just retarded and I would never in my life grab a women for selling her body and put her in my back yard in a cage NEVER!!!
So maybe what the US needs to work on is taking the moral high ground as in saying we may think selling your body is wrong, but it would be even more wrong to kidnap someone and throw them in a cage for doing so.
