Reap Profits from the Dividend

This time I try to share information of company problem listed in Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) and will give away its profit. Because today many companies are willing to share their profits. But before I want to share information first about what is dividend.
Dividends are the share of a company's profits to shareholders that are normally decided in the AGMS (Annual General Meeting of Shareholders). Dividend is also one of the income called passive income or income earned without having to work first.
The question is, how to get the dividend ?.

Profit in the form of dividend can we get if we buy and or have the longest stock when cum date. Cum date itself is a term for the last day of recording anyone who is entitled to get a dividend from a company (share).
For example shares of Bukut Asam Mine Company. Tbk (PTBA), which distributes dividend of Rp318.52 / share with cum date falls on April 18, 2018 and payment date on May 11, 2018. To get dividend from the shares of PTBA, then we should have owned the last minimum share at the time April 18, 2018.
The total profit from the dividend will be sent to our Investor Account (RDI) account after tax withheld at 10% in accordance with the Income Tax Article 4 paragraph 2. The percentage of such deduction if the investor does not have NPWP. However, if you have a NPWP registered at the time of opening a stock account, then only be subject to 5% discount only.
In conclusion, if we have shares of the company that each year has increased net profit, then as our shareholder will have two advantages namely capital gains (the difference between buying and selling prices) and dividends are always growing.

Meraup Keuntungan dari Deviden

Kali ini saya mencoba berbagi informasi masalah perusahaan yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) dan akan membagi-bagikan keuntungannya. Karena saat ini banyak perusahaan yang sedengan akan membagikan keuntungannya. Namun sebelumnya saya ingin berbagi informasi dulu tentang apa itu deviden.
Dividen merupakan pembagian keuntungan dari suatu perusahaan kepada pemegang saham yang biasanya diputuskan dalam RUPST (Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan). Deviden juga merupakan salah satu pendapatan yang disebut passive income atau pendapatan yang diperoleh tanpa harus bekerja terlebih dahulu.
Pertanyaannya, bagaimana cara untuk mendapatkan dividen tersebut?.

Keuntungan berupa dividen bisa kita dapatkan apabila kita membeli dan atau memiliki saham paling lama saat cum date. Cum date itu sendiri adalah istilah untuk hari terakhir pencatatan siapa saja yang berhak untuk mendapatkan dividen dari suatu perusahaan (saham).
Misalnya saham Perusahaan Tambang Bukut Asam. Tbk (PTBA) yang membagikan deviden sebesar Rp318,52/ lembar saham dengan cum date jatuh pada 18 April 2018 ini dan payment date tanggal 11 Mei 2018. Untuk mendapatkan dividen dari saham PTBA tersebut, maka kita harus sudah memiliki saham tersebut minimal terakhir pada saat tanggal 18 April 2018.
Total keuntungan dari deviden tersebut nantinya akan dikirim ke Rekening Dana Investor (RDI) kita setelah dipotong pajak sebesar 10% sesuai PPh pasal 4 ayat 2. Jumlah persen pemotongan tersebut jika investor tidak memiliki NPWP. Namun jika memiliki NPWP yang didaftarkan pada saat membuka rekening saham, maka hanya dikenakan potongan sebesar 5% saja.
Sebagai kesimpulan, apabila kita mempunyai saham dari perusahaan yang setiap tahunnya mengalami kenaikan laba bersih, maka selaku pemegang saham kita akan mempunyai dua kuntungan yakni capital gain (selisih harga beli dengan harga jual) dan dividen yang selalu bertumbuh.
Berikut saya informasikan beberapa perusahaan yang akan membagikan deviden dalam beberapa hari ini, berapa jumlah, kapan cum date dan pay date- nya:
