Every single state has at least one river flowing in it! They may not be of great prominence to feature in a Geography lesson of India the country, but rest assured they would all be listed in geography lessons of the respective state!
TO further expand this - only the Union Territory of Lakshadweep has no rivers in it. But it is a bunch of really small islands so that is more a technicality IMO.
