You should start contest in this way :
First Week : Blog writing about specific topic decided by you or host ( Topic should related to India’s History, Politics, Rituals, geographically, Administrative service etc).
Second week : Talent hunt, in this contest Indian users can show their talent in Drawing (Manually), Design using software. You or host of contest will decide the topic/object.
Third week : Photography of Indian nature, Indian Roads, Indian famous places but have to write at least 200 words about the photo/place/nature.
Fourth week : Food recipes.
