There are no illegals! Here's the history of why Real Patriots Demand Open Borders.

Immigration, drugs, terrorists!

These magic words that have been cleverly used to lay waste to Western freedom and the principles our Constitutions and people were built on. How was the USA was turned into a fascist police State in just a few short decades? Let's find out.

1. In closing our borders, we killed our culture.

The USA was intended to be washed the cultures and languages of the people who were united in a quest for freedom. Our founder's built the nation on the idea of open borders, right to travel and right to work. Despite their many failings, these were considered obvious human rights. When we took those away, we not only killed our real culture to replace it with nationalism, we also destroyed economies, making the USA a slave to debt, fiat currency, and bankers.

A man who tries to revoke the individual right to travel or work in an earth which is created for beneficial use is already a violator of human rights and God’s (or natural) law. Any real crime requires probable cause, a victim and an action against another. Being a human being and attempting to live and work cannot be a crime.

Violating these basic human rights has never protected borders, quite the opposite. The right to close the border never existed and is the sole realm of fascists. You have the right to lock your front door. Not everyone else's.

2. The history of what happened

Until after the civil war the sole Federal regulation on non-citizens was a one-page document regarding the process to become a citizen of the United States. This came a few years after immigration and the idea of restricting the initial immigration was never on the table. This Constitution following federal edict was in place until after the civil war, only obtaining small revisions over the years. It was called the Naturalization Act and you can read it here... http://callmegav.com/w/wp-content/uploads/2018/03/Naturalization1790-Act.pdf

The idea of a porous border does not mean that border cannot exist or be protected and secured by the people; our the nation has forgotten that the right to protect our communities does not extend to the right to abuse others.

During my congressional run in 2014, immigration was a hot topic. I knew early as an activist that I did not support the border patrol. My first encounters with them go back as far as 2010 and I knew at the very least we needed to open up and streamline the process of immigration.

I had studied the history back to the early 1900's and Ellis Island. A time well after the civil war when the federal government illegally involved themselves in immigration. Even then it was nothing like today. In New York, for example, the border was mostly open. Many thousands would immigrate through Ellis Island in a single day and entry requirements were little more than a formality. It was 2015 and as so-called patriots screamed for immigrants to be arbitrarily deported, imprisoned, or even killed, I knew something was very wrong.

I started digging deeper and discovered the founding father discussions on the topic; this cleared things up beyond any doubt. There was no Federal constitutional authority given over immigration; nada! I even called another very respected Constitutional teacher to point this out. But rather than reveal something I missed, she blew it off and told me the word Naturalization (the only authority of Congress had) still meant "immigration" even though it never said that the word did not mean that, and the founders declared the opposite to be true.

It started to make sense why we had no freedom and why there was no "movement" casting off corruption as our best warriors rotted in government prisons for protesting. It turned out that even our best scholars and speakers had been deceived into placing party before principle. We no longer had a 3%, or patriot movement. We had a faction.

I dug deeper, finding my way to little read debates from the floor of the first Congress. There could be no doubt now. The idea that the Federal Government had authority over people coming into the country was nonexistent. Open borders were assumed. There was even an elitist congressman who mentioned that it appealed to him to restrict some people from entering at all. He then acknowledged that no such authority existed. The only thing government had power over was to manage the act of becoming a citizen. Naturalization.

Here's a few discussions from the founders, there are many more.

  • "The bosom of America is open to receive not only the opulent & respectable Stranger but the oppressed & persecuted of all Nations & Religions;" - Geroge Washington

  • "I think we shall become inconsistent with ourselves, if, after boasting of having opened an asylum for the oppressed of all nations, and established a government which is the admiration of the world, we make terms of admission to the full enjoyment of that asylum so hard as now proposed. It is nothing to us whether Jews or Roman Catholics settle amount us. Whether subjects of kings or citizens of free States which to reside in the United States, they will find it in their interest to be good citizens, and neither their religious nor political options can injure us, if we have good laws, well executed. — Mr. Page, 1st Congress, Wens Fed 3rd 1790. Debating the restrictions of citizenship (immigration restriction was not debated).

  • “the power vested in the Constitution in Congress respecting the subject now before the house, extend to nothing more than making a uniform rule of naturalization. After a person becomes a citizen the power of Congress ceases to operate upon him;” Mt White, First Congress, Feb 3 1970, p1152

In the debates in the first congress, immigration restriction was not even a consideration. Even the more elitist among the Congres such as Mr. Burke who expressed a desire to restrict come persons such as convicts from England recognized that it was not in the power of the Congress to restrict. (see Feb 3rd, 1790)

The only matter considered in earnest was what the restriction on becoming a full voting citizen would entail. I've compiled the primary source material from the first congress here... http://callmegav.com/w/wp-content/uploads/2018/03/Naturalization-1st-Congress-Main.pdf

3. I started speaking openly about this but the only answer from the so-called" patriot" movement was silence or derision.

The idea that we were all created equal had been abandoned in my country. All the border propaganda came in recent decades built on the back of the drug war, for-profit prisons and police state fascism to lock us in our nation with walls and fear.

We loved the lies more than peace; it made us feel superior and stroked our collective ego. We had become the slaves in the biggest prison on the planet but the elite had used a brilliant reverse psychology approach. Convince the serfs that open and freedom-loving borders are the evil agenda of the devil and they will willingly be imprisoned within their districts as they cheer their oppressors. This can hardly be truer in 2018, as checkpoints and gates are being placed on the US borders to prevent residents from escaping.

When I spoke of what I learned they stopped their ears and scraped for any quote or story that proved history wrong. The message was clear. Hate and blame someone else for our complete and utter failure to defend freedom while government lays waste to our rights. Only this had the power to overrule common sense and let them believe their bias. Wave a gun, hold a flag, insult a Muslim or a Mexican. Hate became the patriot symbol and Trump played in that division to gain power in the fascist State and continue the growth of the regime as both sides threw rocks at each other, instead of the puppet masters.

The excuses of so-called patriots range from “we have to stop terrorists” to blaming immigrants for our own tolerance of illegal socialism and government theft. The narrative of a global elite grew in strength, and our own police grew in violence killing more than all other terrorists and mass shootings combined. The answer of the so-called 3%? Wave the defaced blue line flag and defend those who terrorize our country as you pretend it's patriotism.

My voice angered many and finally the police, prosecutors, and judges united to set me up, I realized that I would end up in a concentration camp as pretend patriots celebrated my incarceration. So I loaded my family and everything I could carry and crossed over propaganda riddled southern border.

When I entered Mexico I found a different world. The propaganda was a lie. Every wall was a chain and every federal agent, officer, paper pusher and yes man was the true terrorist of my nation. I saw what I had feared for years. The USA has no Constitution, no freedom, no love for neighbor and because of this, no law or justice. The so-called wasteland of Mexico, while far from perfect, had more of all these things than the USA.

The USA had totally open borders until after the civil war. After that, we begin to lose freedom like a ship taking on water. But the answer is in our history. Our founders did not close the borders, the law did not allow it. Our closed borders have been key in the destruction of the freedom and culture of the USA. The truth is the exact opposite of the propaganda fear riddled narrative being peddled on the streets and in the patriot acts.

While the eyes of so-called patriots, Christians and liberty leaders follow me South with fascist jeers and mocking mouths, waving flags, saluting their masters as they attend the fake churches of the State; my family and I have refused to live as slaves. No real freedom lover supports the restriction of ones travel, right to work and human liberties. No real freedom lover supports a closed border.

We preached but instead of hearing they mocked.

Real patriots are leaving the USA because true patriotism is about freedom protecting your people, not waving a banner and standing on a sinking ship submitting to a tyrant captain. Those who refuse to hear will not laugh as they are led away themselves and the nation falls to the flames. May their chains rest lightly upon them.
