In short, we have seen new words and new strategies in the last 10 years and we regret to see that social media and digital communication are not taking a big step in the name of communication.

Moreover, the next day the brand new communication technologies will open the doors of the digital world much more to consumers. Where are our PR agencies? Isn't it supposed to be the job of PR firms, no matter how many channels I know? Look out for artificial intelligence and machine learning. Aren't you late?
