Synergis and WhiteGuardians are in IcoEvent

I'm V. Popov (aka Menaskop) and part of my team, which confronts scams of ICO, traveled to Moskow (on 21 Sep.), and we spoke about method 4T for a wide audience.

Method 4T is express-method for ICO's audit: we scrutinize team, theme, token and tech., and talk "ok" or "scam" about the project. Part with name "team" included: social networks accounts, history of personality and so on. The second part ("theme") is a essence of the idea (practical value). Further we talked about token: its legal status, token economy, etc. At the end - tech: github, patterns and so on.
