Weekly Hash Rush Update — Week 41 & 42

The final week of the ICO is underway, which is why we'll cheat a bit and cover two weeks instead of just one. Specifically, we'll discuss our visit to several crypto-conferences last week, introduce you to our new community manager Tenzin Chiodak, and talk about the final days of the Hash Rush ICO and a whole lot more.

Final days of the Hash Rush ICO

On 20 October at 20:00 pm UTC, the Hash Rush ICO will come to an end. We have raised more than $1.75 million so far, and we're ever so grateful to all investors and community members that have participated or have helped to promote our ICO. Though the end date draws near, there are still 2 days left in our ICO. So if you haven't yet convinced your sister, friend, neighbour, crypto-buddy or estranged aunt to participate, now is the time!

Questions from the Hash Rush community

Last week we received a list of questions from the Hash Rush community (and community member Midbell in particular) about Hash Rush. While we've answered on Reddit, we wanted to take this opportunity to provide you with a full response from our Lead Game Producer, Creative Director and Marketing Director. Please take a look and if you have any more questions, please let us know.

Attending ICO Conferences

It seems like ages ago, but last week we participated in the ICO Event UK, the Riga Gaming Congress, and the Blockchain Conference Kiev. At the ICO Event in London, we had one of the best booth spots since it was right at the entrance, near the place where everyone was pitching their ICO. This meant a lot of visitors who came to our stand, and really enjoyed the idea of Hash Rush (and our Ernack-shaped candy!). We were also present at the Blockchain Conference Kiev and the Riga Gaming Congress. These were great events, though attendees of the Riga Gaming Congress were mostly interested in casino-related ICO's. Still, in both Ukraine and Latvia we met many people who were intrigued by Hash Rush.

Other activities these two weeks

We published some amendments to the Bounty Campaign guidelines this week. So whether you have already been participating or still want to participate, take a look.

If you're active on our Discord channel or receive the Hash Rush newsletter, you've surely noticed we have a new active member in our midst. Tenzin Chiodak, also known as Darkfall, is our new Community Manager! With the ICO and a whole lot of other things going down, Tenzin really hit the ground running but he's been doing an amazing job so far. As part of his introduction to the community, we sat down with him last week for an interview. So if you haven't read it yet, check it out.

What's in store for week 43?

Next week, we'll be doing a lot of post-ICO work. This means that we'll analyse the Hash Rush Bounty Campaign payouts, send emails to ICO participants about their bonuses, and generally making sure everyone is kept up to date of our next steps. And of course, there's much more to be done. For instance, Tractor, Set, Go! is continuing game development to finish the pre-alpha on-time and our art designers are giving shape to the Highborns of Eldaria. So keep an eye out for more information next week!
