REMME - project overview. Perspectives, goals and objectives

REMME is a Ukrainian project which aims to level up the user security. It`s no surprise, that the Internet network has given the possibility to exchange information very quickly and for free. Plus, the IoT (Internet of Things) technology shows active growth. According to the IHS company, the number of IoT-devices has reached 20 billion at the end of 2017. Thus, the safety aspect becomes more and more important.

In this regard, the REMME team aims to prevent fraudsters to realize their criminal intentions. For example, to eliminate the possibility of terrorists to hack the device of the autopilot of the car, so that it would crash into people passing on the sidewalk, discredit the elections, and to start a biological attack with only one laptop.

It should be noted that REMME does not provide passwords. This is because ordinary passwords make every account vulnerable to hackers. No matter how much money is spent on company security, all efforts will be in vain if customers use passwords that are easy to crack. For example, if a hacked social media account can be seen as a minor loss, hacker attacks on companies and government agencies can result in significant economic, political, and social losses.

❇️ The main advantages of REMME ❇️

First, REMME does not provide for any certification authority. It's not necessary. With the new blocking system, companies will be able to save their capital and provide the necessary protection for their data.

Second, REMME can be used with many different chains and side chains. The user chooses a convenient combination.

Third, REMME gives full control over personal data. Only the owner will know his private key, with which he can access the necessary information.

Fourth, the project proposes instant registration, during which the user's personal information will be placed in a chain of blocks. Using Remme, there is no need to wait for the creation of the next block or pay an additional fee for the acceleration of the process.

Fifth, the use of an unlimited number of accounts with SSL-certificates. At any time, you can select the desired one, and continue working directly with it.

Thus, REMME is an access control solution that will be able to replace passwords with distributed authentication in the future, solve the problem of central servers that can be hacked, and prevent attacks such as phishing, gaining access to the server and passwords, as well as the reuse of the passwords.

Just in 2 days, during the initial coin offering, the startup has gathered more than 19 000 ETH (more than $18 million). Initially REMME wanted to conduct ICO in 4 cryptocurrencies, but finally, they chose Ethereum because of multiple DDoS-attacks.

During the ICO, users received utility-tokens.

The user who purchased the tokens has become a mini version of GlobalSign or Comodo, he can issue security certificates to customers. All you need to do is to start the node. 90% of the profits that are earned by the system go to the holders of such nodes.
