On coinmarketcap.com you can find plenty of cryptocurrencies. When you look into one, you can see where they're traded. You'd need to register with the exchange, send cash and then you can invest!
Alternatively, you could join an airdrop. Those are generous distributions of cryptocurrencies to a group of people that fit certain conditions. I make a monthly airdrop forecast. I think pow token is still live, have a look of you're interested:
