Bipolar disorder is one of the most diagnose less disorders as most who have it are able to function. It also called as manic depression which cannot take it lightly.
The constant changes of mood can be so far apart on the spectrum from manic activity to utter depression.

Rapidly having a thoughts.
Insomnia, severe in some cases.
Restlessness or desire to take risks or get involved in dangerous activity.

Signs of Depression

Pumped up heartbeat or regular anxiety.
Feeling lethargic.
Doesn't interest in what is happening around.
Erratic sleep pattern.

2.Keep away from caffeine, alcohol and drugs.

If you find out that you're bipolar, it's time to change your lifestyle. Enough with your party animal activities. Caffeine might stopping you from getting enough sleep, raising your heartbeat while the other stimulants might trigger either a manic phase or a depression on mood swings.

3. Exercise

It doesn't only build the body, but for the mind too. The mind and body have to be in a good shape before you claim that you are superbly healthy. To be mentally healthy, you must charge up your physical self too. Get into routine of working out regularly, most preferably in the morning. Even if you are on a tight schedule, a 7-10 minutes of exercise done every day can be inserted into your schedule.

4.Get some daily routine, BE BUSY:

Usually an idle of mind finds something amusing with and this is not always a good thing.Especially if the thoughts are of traumatic events. This is a piece of good advice even if you aren't a bipolar.
Make your schedule busy to fill up your time with gainful activities that would keep you going, and wear you out without triggering your disorder. Living from a productive life brings about self-satisfaction. The fun way to do is draw your bucket list!

5.Must have an Emergency action plan

Dealing with bipolar disorder is quite tough. Keeping an action plan is actually important. If suddenly, you feel the beginnings of a an episode, you should've contact list of friends that you can depend on.
It is to help you by bringing you back and to make sure you hurt no one or yourself while the episode lasts. Make your doctor speed dial 1 so that you are not left hanging or alone at at time you really need someone around.
