How to - Stuffed roasted bread!

So, for the menu tonight! On of my specialties: Stuffed roasted bread!

First, get yourself a nice round bread! And something to hold it to go to the hoven!
Make a hole on the top and cut out all the soft interior! Display it around the container!

Next, for the mix!

On this one, I used "Farinheira" which is a traditional, Chorizo like, made with different types of meat and bread... don´t really know how to discribe it!

But, you can put in whatever you like, I actually did a second one with bacon and ham!

Garlic, pepper, salt, parsley, and mayonnaise!

Mix it all up...

And then mix some cheese with it!
I used Mozzarella, those bags ready for pizzas, and some "Queijo da Serra", a delightfull buttery cheese from the "Serra da Estrela", which will give it an extra kick!

Then, Stuff it!!

Close the "lid" on it, wrap it in aluminum foil, and roast it in the hoven for about 20 min, 200ºC. should do it!

All the bread around it should be crusty and the interior whould all be melted to be served with some toasts or something!
