We got to Diamond Lake yesterday morning good and early and soon had ourselves checked in for the Sprint Relay. My bike's first corral! Most people were doing the race solo and there were just 6 of us

Since I won't committee this weekend I decided to do my weekly (now second) run in Friday and use Saturday and Sunday for swim + #cycling... I don't understand that even though last Sunday and last Tuesday

... Or T-Day... Triathlon today and everything went que fine. Que a good swim for what I can, group during #cycling, and most importantly no substantial pain during running. But obviously not much comfort
