Hola querida comunidad de @holos-lotus un gusto pasar y en esta ocasión quiero participar en la [Iniciativa](https://peakd.com/hive-131951/@naath/esp-eng-iniciativa-la-importancia-del-entorno-en-nuestra-vida) de @naath me pareció súper interesante e invito a @yaslenysofia a dar su opinión al respecto.

Lo que se habla de que el entorno influye mucho no solo en tu personalidad, sino en las decisiones y acciones que haces es cierto, sea de buena o mala manera en algún punto te afecta, eso me hizo recordar mucho varias veces en que mi persona fue cambiando y adaptándose al entorno en que me venía desarrollando, por lo menos cuando termine mi bachillerato, todo esa época desde prescolar estuve estudiando con niñas, ya que la escuela permitía ello, al llegar a la universidad y tener que estudiar con hombres fue algo complicado al principio, a pesar de que había tratado a mis primos no era igual, pero a pesar de estar en un entorno educativo diferente me ayudo agarrar más confianza y tratar de otra forma a los compañeros que estaban conmigo, considerando que no éramos solo mujeres.

Eso fue un caso de como el entorno me cambio para bien y adaptarme a la situación, también me ocurrió caso contrario, la primera vez que trabaje, era en un industria, tenía a cargos a dos jovencitos y un señor mayor, el dirigir y que te hagan caso no es fácil, ese entorno laboral influía algo negativo en mí, me estresaba, no dormía bien, me sentía fastidiada en tener que ir a ese lugar, en definitiva no era nada agradable estar ahí sobre todo si las personas que te rodean en vez de apoyar te crean más trabajo.

Por lo cual, en definitiva el entorno me afecta sea para bien o para mal, más que todo en lo que quiero y debo hacer, aunque a medida que uno va aprendiendo se da cuenta de que hay que agarrar lo positivo y de lo malo saber que no se puede repetir o cambiar de panorama, hay aspectos que en mi he estado cambiando sobre todo en cuanto se refiere a saber que me debe afectar y que no, por lo menos cuando es negativo como me paso en ese primer trabajo, aprendí a solo hacer lo que uno puedo hacer, no se puede obligar a los demás y dar lo mejor de uno sin que te afecte ello, aunque hoy día trabajar remoto me di cuenta que es el entorno que me ha generado más calma y valor para estar en una zona positiva y con más aplicación, sin estrés ni molestias.

Por otro lado, hay que considerar que cuando el entorno te afecta así como el caso mío que les mencione, hay que cambiarse de inmediato, trabajo ahí y hay que buscar, a veces decimos me quedo acá porque no conseguiré otro, pero si tu entorno te está afectando hasta en tu salud no vale la pena seguir ahí, que si hay personas que te molestan, te causan malestar, si es verdad que hay que pensar positivo y no dejar que te afecte, pero si te puedes alejar mejor, si puedes hacer lo que te gusta está bien, vale más la tranquilidad de uno que vivir en un entorno de toxicidad.

What is said that the environment influences a lot not only in your personality, but in the decisions and actions you make is true, whether in a good or bad way at some point affects you, that made me remember several times that my person was changing and adapting to the environment in which I was developing, at least when I finished my high school, all that time since preschool I was studying with girls, When I got to the university and had to study with men it was complicated at the beginning, even though I had treated my cousins it was not the same, but despite being in a different educational environment it helped me to gain more confidence and to treat my classmates differently, considering that we were not only women..

That was a case of how the environment changed me for the better and I adapted to the situation, the opposite also happened to me, the first time I worked, it was in an industry, I was in charge of two young boys and an older man, directing and being noticed is not easy, that work environment influenced something negative in me, it stressed me, I did not sleep well, I felt annoyed at having to go to that place, in short it was not pleasant to be there, especially if the people around you instead of supporting you create more work for you.

So, in short, the environment affects me for better or worse, mostly in what I want and should do, although as you learn you realize that you have to grab the positive and the bad to know that you can not repeat or change the picture, there are aspects that I have been changing especially in terms of knowing what should affect me and what not, at least when it is negative as it happened to me in that first job, I learned to only do what I can do, you can not force others and give the best of you without being affected by it, although today working remote I realized that it is the environment that has generated me more calm and courage to be in a positive area and with more application, without stress or discomfort.

On the other hand, you have to consider that when your environment affects you, as in my case that I mentioned, you have to change immediately, I work there and you have to look, sometimes we say I stay here because I will not get another one, but if your environment is affecting you even in your health, it is not worth it to stay there, If there are people who bother you, cause you discomfort, it is true that you have to think positive and not let it affect you, but if you can move away it is better, if you can do what you like it is fine, it is better to have peace of mind than to live in a toxic environment.
