Cuando volví a mi país, ya para quedarnos definitivamente, entré a la escuela y pude liberar todo el lado artístico, creativo y destructivo, en mí. También aprendí a nadar por esas épocas, una de las mejores cosas que pude hacer en los veranos de mi adolescencia. _

Luego de terminar la escuela no tenía claro qué quería ser, pero el tiempo apremiaba con tantos hermanos detrás de mí. Como no quería quedarme sin hacer nada, tomé, quizás, la decisión apresurada de estudiar ingeniería agroindustrial, dado que el sector agropecuario siempre ha estado ligado a mi familia y a mi pequeña ciudad. Terminé la carrera en 6 años que pasaron volando. Aprendí muchas cosas, de la carrera, de la vida y de la realidad del país.

Trabajé en distintos rubros de alimentos (cárnicos, frutales, concesionarias) pero uno de ellos me llamó la atención, por su dinamismo y diversidad, la panificación. Después de mucho esfuerzo, estoy incursionando en ese negocio, como una total novata pero con una mirada optimista.
