Saludos amigos de la comunidad de @holos-lotus, con la iniciativa que nos trae la estimada @damarysvibra, en su columna Integrales y en Expansión, referente al tema: "Mi yo en el reino animal" , en especial la invitación es sobre realizar el ejercicio ¿Qué dice tu animal de ti?, como experiencia de autoconocimiento y crecimiento, a continuación mi participación: Me identifico, así como mi estimada creadora de ésta iniciativa, con la mariposa, porque su significado de ser un símbolo de belleza, suerte y buena vibra, representa el alma femenina, posee delicadeza, la fragilidad y su vuelo suave y lleno de calma refleja el gran aspecto positivo de ella.

De ser oruga pasar a la transformación

Muchas de nosotras como personas, hemos pasado por algo en la vida que nos cambió de tal forma que jamás podremos volver a ser o tener la misma ingenuidad de antes, puedo decir que con las experiencias vividas aprendemos de todo un poco. Pero también es bonito ver el ejemplo de la mariposa, que nos enseña que después de momentos de gran oscuridad algo hermoso sucede. Una mariposa pasa de arrastrarse en la tierra, de ser una oruga pasa a sufrir una transformación en la vida, para volar el celeste azul del firmamento, con una sensación de libertad y tranquilidad. También podría tener el mismo significado de la vida humana, porque al final, todos luchamos por ser mariposas, sabemos que podremos volar en busca de cumplir nuestros sueños, con la fe y confianza en nuestro creador.

Debo tomar mi propio camino

Debo tener paciencia conmigo misma. La buena autoestima nunca llega de golpe. En la vida encontraré piedras en el camino para probar mi propia fortaleza. No debería ver estas piedras como una señal de que voy en la dirección equivocada, si esto fuera así, nunca terminaría nada en mi vida. Las cosas buenas tardan en llegar. Llenarme de impaciencia es empañar la vista hacia el sentido común y hasta me lleva a tomar decisiones espontáneas, sin reflexionar primero y casi siempre inadecuadas. Entonces es cuando siento que tengo la opción de brillar con luz propia, de ir por la vida con paso firme, no de puntillas, además creer en mis propias ideas, en mi intuición y sensaciones. Re-empezar de nuevo

La autoestima y la seguridad en nosotras mismas es nuestro mayor tesoro. Son cosas que nos fortalecen, convirtiéndonos en las personas que anhelamos ser, y a llevar la vida que queremos. Cultivarla cada día debería ser nuestro principal objetivo. Son los cimientos que sujetan el puente sobre el que caminaremos a lo largo de nuestra vida. De ellas dependerá el éxito de nuestros proyectos y la derrota de nuestros miedos. Lo importante es que esté dispuesta a reencontrarme de nuevo, recordándome que lo mejor es dejar lo pasado en donde le corresponde estar y re-empezar de nuevo, la guerra no está perdida, mientras pueda tener toda la disposición de librar las batallas que se me presenten en el camino. Liberándome y quitando lo que está estorbando. Aprendiendo a ser una persona nueva, una mejor versión de mí misma.

Ser una persona con clase

Puedo olvidarme de lo que es correcto hacer o decir en cada momento, y actuar con confianza. Aprender a confiar en mi sentido común no es tarea de un día, sino una forma de vida. Del libro Las meditaciones de Schaef, me encanta el siguiente texto: “Tener clase es tener un aura de confianza que está en seguridad sin ser arrogante. Tener clase no tiene nada que ver con el dinero. Esta cualidad nunca se escapa asustada. Consiste en autodisciplina y autoconocimiento. Es la base de seguridad que llega cuando has demostrado que puedes enfrentarte a la vida.” Ann Landers. Muchas veces la falta de autoconfianza proviene de intentar ser alguien que no somos. Cuando nos damos cuenta de que lo mejor que tenemos que aportar a cualquier situación es ser simplemente lo que somos, nos relajamos. Creo que lo debo hacer es saber lo que puedo ofrecer y aportarlo en cada situación. Me gusta ser una persona con clase. Sin demostraciones, sin alardes, simplemente con hechos. From being a caterpillar to transformation

Many of us as people have gone through something in life that changed us in such a way that we can never be or have the same naivety as before, I can say that we learn a little bit of everything from our experiences. But it is also nice to see the example of the butterfly, which teaches us that after moments of great darkness something beautiful happens. A butterfly goes from crawling on the ground, from being a caterpillar to undergoing a transformation in life, to flying the azure blue of the firmament, with a sense of freedom and tranquillity. It could also have the same meaning of human life, because in the end, we all strive to be butterflies, we know that we can fly in search of fulfilling our dreams, with faith and trust in our creator.

I must take my own path

I must be patient with myself. Good self-esteem never comes all at once. In life I will encounter stones on the road to test my own strength. I should not see these stones as a sign that I am going in the wrong direction, if this were so, I would never finish anything in my life. Good things take time to come. To fill me with impatience is to blur my vision towards common sense and even leads me to make spontaneous decisions, without reflecting first and almost always inadequate. It is then that I feel that I have the option to shine with my own light, to go through life with a firm step, not on tiptoe, and to believe in my own ideas, in my intuition and sensations. Start again

Self-esteem and self-confidence is our greatest treasure. These are things that strengthen us, making us into the people we long to be, and to lead the life we want. Cultivating it every day should be our main goal. They are the foundations that support the bridge on which we will walk throughout our lives. The success of our projects and the defeat of our fears will depend on them. The important thing is that I am willing to find myself again, reminding myself that the best thing is to leave the past where it belongs and start again, the war is not lost, as long as I am willing to fight the battles that come my way. Freeing myself and removing what is in the way. Learning to be a new person, a better version of myself.

Being a classy person

I can forget about what is the right thing to do or say at any given moment, and act with confidence. Learning to trust my common sense is not a one-day task, but a way of life.
