Just saw your video on how you became LLC, thats nice and all, but did you know your only registered in MI, not the whole united states?

Basically when my copyright and incorporation comes in with " The do it yourself world " name you have to cease using it, and I seriously doubt Youtube is founded in MI, I believe it is founded through Google and their main headquarters are in CA.

Your LLC is only good for MI, not anywhere else in the country... Well it will be funny to see your face, when you get sued for using a copyrighted name outside MI...

Since Youtube is out of CA, guess what your business name is not worth crap, except to the IRS and such....

So it looks like you filed the wrong thing, I can still get your name before you can...

Look it up, seriously...

Incorporated names take jurisdiction over llc names...

Your so screwed...
