Whenever you feel lost or alone, or like you just want/need to go home. Close your eyes and visualise a warm comforting version of what you would consider your home. Feel yourself sitting in your favorite room in the heart of this home. Feel the walls and the floors, or the breathing with your breaths, pulsing with your heart beat and vibrating love into your very physical walking vessel. Affirm to yourself, "I am home." Now say, "I am my own home."
