I Want A Kitty

I have been told that I write some really dark poetry. It's just a poem. I have not and would not act on anything that comes out of my head.

See the girl, she is so pretty.
She has a very nice kitty.
Her little kitty looks so tasty.
Just like a hairy little pastry.
--
I hope she will never discover.
The hole where I watch my lover.
Someday she will know I exist.
Then I'll get my very first kiss.
--
Yesterday she saw me peeking.
For no reason she started shrieking.
I tried to get her to be silent.
That's when she became more violent.
--
People might hear from all around.
I covered her mouth to stop the sound.
Next thing I know, she has no motion.
In her eyes, no sign of emotion.
--
I told the judge it was all hazy.
He determined that I was crazy.
I spent 5 years in a small room.
My life nothing but gray and gloom.
--
After 5 years, the doctors agreed.
I was sane enough to be set free.
I'm out now, maybe in your city.
I'm looking for another kitty.
--
People like me are so clever.
We should be locked away forever.
We're crazy smart. We'll never learn.
For that kitty we will always yearn.

THE Texan in the Philippines.jpg

Howdy y’all. It’s me, ninong7 aka UJ aka John. Just a short intro about myself. I am a Texan that has retired in the Philippines. I moved to the Philippines with my wife back in May 2010. I am retired from the US Air Force. The music I like is mostly Classic Country and Classic Rock. I guess you could say that I am “Classic”. I play dominoes when I can find someone that will play, I play chess, cribbage, spades, hearts, Empire Builder, Rail Baron, Acquire and a few other games. I like to write poems and stories (although pretty novice) and I love learning about history, just about any history. I’m at home on my computer a lot but if I could afford to, I’d be traveling and documenting my travels to post in my blog. I hope to get to know a lot of you through PeakD and Discord.
