StackExchange Proposal
This is a Call To Action for all of HIVE to support an initiative that will benefit the blockchain and all of it's communities! I am reaching out in order to get the HIVE blockchain it's own subdomain on the StackExchange website.
Recently, @mahdiyari created a proposal on the StackExchange website to get our blockchain it's own subdomain. I missed that initial post but you can go check it out HERE.
Even more recently i did manage to come across a post that gave the instructions on what needed to be done to participate and help out getting the proposal accepted. You can check that post out HERE.
Don't worry... i will keep this post fairly brief and give you all the instructions you need to easily do your part in supporting the HIVE BlockChain!

Doing Our Part
I did my part but unfortunately, we are still a bit short of the goal to meet the requirements it takes to get accepted for our own subdomain. This is where you all come in and finish the job! Let me explain a little about what this is all about.
StackExchange is a major site that offers question and answer forums. This will be a great opportunity to have a place off of the blockchain to speak about it and get more outside eyes on all the projects and inner workings of the HIVE Blockchain and all of it's developments moving forward!

You can also see what it would look like to have our own subdomain there if we reach our goal by just replacing Ethereum in the URL with HIVE...

Who knows what this exposure could do for the chain or how many new folks could come to check out HIVE just by reaching our goal here?!

What Do We Need To Do?
Doing your part is actually pretty simple.
Register an account and then follow the Hive Proposal under this link: https://area51.stackexchange.com/proposals/125691/hive-blockchain
Registering an account is as simple as plugging in your email and clicking on the confirmation email to verify your account. You won't be able to create questions or vote on questions until you are verified!
Once you are verified your account will bump up enough in reputation to be able to participate. It will look like this but probably be the number 51.
At the time of writing this post, we only need 5 more questions to reach 10 votes in order to reach our goal and move on to the next phase.
Everybody gets 5 votes to cast. Since these are only example questions... it doesn't really matter if the question is good or not. All that matters at this stage is that you don't vote for a question that already has 10 or more votes or that you don't vote for a question that has been closed out.
This image below is what a closed question looks like. As you can see... those are ten votes that could be taken back and reapplied to questions that are still open with less than 10 upvotes.
Cast all of your five votes! It's really that easy. Set up an account, follow the proposal from the link above, and vote appropriately. We don't need any new questions... just votes on the open questions already available!
If you have already voted then go back over your votes and see if you have voted on a closed question or if you have voted on a question with more than 10 votes. As you can see here from this screenshot... there are enough extra votes to have validated more than half of the questions we have remaining to reach the goal!
It's not all that complicated and we are so close to getting there! If we just coordinate and come together like i know we can we will definitely make this happen! I don't know how much time is left but the sooner we do this the better!!!

I Believe In You ALL!
I believe we can all accomplish great things when we come together as a BlockChain Community. It's time to show that although we all have our reward disputes and development differences at times, that at the end of the day we are all of One Tribe... HIVE!
We fell short as a community not that long ago when it came to voting for our place on StakingRewards.com... but we won't fall short this time! Please consider taking some time (like five minutes or less) to participate in this proposal initiative.
