[ Hajimete no Gal / My First Girlfriend is a Gal ] Anime review
Plot
High school boy Junichi Hashiba laments not having a girlfriend as his
classmates have seemed to be pairing up everywhere. His single
unattached friends force him into boldly confessing his love to Yukana
Yame, a beautiful "gal aka Thot" at the school. Although Yukana easily
determines that Junichi really just wants to lose his virginity, she
agrees to be his girlfriend. Junichi soon attracts the affections of
other girls who have known Junichi or Yukana for a while, including
his childhood friend and neighbor Nene, Yukana's gal friend Ranko, and
the school's madonna Kashii.

This anime has a lot in common with fast foods such as McDonald, Burger King, KFC etc. They are fast, reasonably cheap and you don't think too long about the food you want to choose and eat. However, not always what we have ordered for ourselvs is completely satisfying, for e.g. Sometimes i am too much into something that i may be too horny for something while after i ate it i am getting back to my senses and i know it wasnt worth it at all.
Well, it was satisfying for this short time but it didn't change life or reality.
The same is true with Hajimete no Gal which tells the story of a young man named Junichi who is in high school, for whom first and most important goal is to lose his virginity.
We don't think too much about other things except this first time, in which we loosing our virginity.
High school, as everyone knows, is a source and usually the first stage for the most perverse behavior of thirsty young people, and so it is also here.
So we have Junichi and his friends, one of whom should spend most of his life behind bars because of his pedophile behavior and prejudices against children. ( i dont even know why they made it like this to be fair)
Junichi together with his colleagues create their own separate community in which the main topics are obviously boobs, streams of gals aka thots and all other perversions that you have never even dreamed of.
But fear not, since this is Ecchi anime which reminds us each time how amazing and naturally beautiful and endowed by nature are the girls in the anime.
However, it can be boldly said that this is not a standard anime about a harem in which many women share one guy. Instead, a few girls even want to split the main pair for their own various reasons.
Each of them has its own, although if I delved further it would be to spoil history.
In the end, stories can be shortened to a few points:
- One perverse thinking about sex is dating through his buddies with top gal aka Yuakana because of the pressure of losing their virginity. ( he is even begging for it, which is hilarious)
- A pair of girls, however, want's them to break their relationship because of their own motives
- However, Junichi begins to understand that sex is not everything in a relationship and there is something else.
In most anime, OP and ED are of good quality and can be easily remembered or are remembered by us, e.g. in SAO Alicization War of Underworld with the song Lisa - Unlasting. Unfortunately, here you don't realize, OP and ED are bland, all music is more forcefully inserted than to create any atmosphere.
However, if you are looking for lascivious animations and a large amount of ecchi content, you will certainly find it.
like, for example, Nene's character is Loli in the greatest sense of the word.
A childish figure with huge boobs and a high-pitched voice despite being the same age as our hero of story.
It can also be safely said that this is the character who has the most to say when it comes to feelings for Junichi. After all, she has known him since childhood, and such relationships are usually serious and can turn into something bigger in the future.
Nevertheless, the presentation of characters in this form is quite pathetic as if created for a specific type of people who love unusual lolis.
Don't get me wrong if Nene were portrayed in a different way than she probably would have been more tolerable.

However, the very story of Junichi and Yukana's "love" is interesting and the way how our gal behaves, not like usual gal like her friend Ranko. The problem is side characters which are for most part of time awful and the time frame is not fully understood. There are too big time breaks
The figure of Junichi is also annoying but if you take the correction that he is a pervert, it would explain a lot.

Hajimete no Gal is your typical go to Ecchi style anime with sharp scenes of beautiful gals ( thots), lacking the sense of OP and ED, and a specific sense of humor with horny people and beatiful Ecchi's
Thankfully it only has 10 episodes and if you are looking for a no brainer it is a go to position for you.
