I forgot last week to write my post about the stickers seen in Montreal. But coming back to work after a few weeks of vacation is always quite busy. This week, I have a little more time to find some info on the artists behind those few square inches of creativity. Here's a new totem to the glory of stickers. 😀
J'ai oublié la semaine dernière d'écrire mon post sur les autocollants vus à Montréal. Mais le retour au travail après quelques semaines de vacances est toujours assez occupé. Cette semaine, j'ai un peu plus de temps pour pouvoir trouver quelques infos sur les artistes qui se cachent derrière ces quelques cm2 de créativité. Voici un nouveau totem à la gloire des stickers : 😀
That's what I like about stickers, they love to be grouped... On a single lamp post or gutter, they are stacked on top of each other like a kind of totem pole. And on the lamp post or gutter, right next to it, nothing.
C'est ce que j'aime avec les autocollants, ils adorent être groupés... Sur un seul lampadaire ou gouttière, ils sont empilés les uns au-dessus de l'autre comme une sorte de totem. Et sur le lampadaire ou gouttière, juste à côté, rien.

From the bottom, we find Life with his emblem the flower. Little information on the artist behind it but surely from Toronto, often collaborations with Urban Ninja. Above, a sticker tag then Bruho, another Toronto artist aka Shamanic Luchador Stickerista 😀 as he defines himself on his website where he sells his stickers and other products (source: bruho.ca)

I couldn't find anything about this cool guitar playing rat. But I don't despair of finding info one day. And above, easier to recognize, a ninja skateboarding by Urban Ninja (see Sticker Art #010 for more ninja).
Je n'ai rien trouvé sur ce cool rat jouant de la guitare. Mais je ne désespère de trouver de l'info un jour. Et au dessus, plus facile à reconnaitre, un ninja faisant du skate par Urban Ninja (voir Sticker Art #010 pour plus de ninja).
And to finish this post, a great sticker done by Waxhead, if you follow my Street Art posts, you know him. Very active in Montreal especially in murals (see my last two posts on this artist Street Art #473 and Street Art #478)... and it's the first time I've seen a sticker. And a success with this knight.
Et pour finir cet article, un superbe sticker fait par Waxhead, si vous suivez mes posts Street Art, vous le connaissez. Très actif sur Montréal surtout au niveau des murales (voir mes deux derniers posts sur cet artiste Street Art #473 et Street Art #478)... et c'est la première fois que je vois un sticker. Et une réussite avec ce chevalier.
