Theme for this weeks is “What Do You Do For Living”?

Am happy to be here again friends to share with you in this awesome theme of the week. Our jobs or businesses which involves the activities we engage with daily is the most important part of our lives because what we do for living is what keeps us going most times. This could be 9:00 🕘 to 5:00, businesses of all kinds, freelancing, work on the field and even working online. But what matters most is that we should love ❤️ and be happy with what we do for living.

As a Realtor who handles properties for letting, renting and leasing for clients of all kinds, I can tell you its one of the best jobs I ever enjoyed doing. Although earlier in my work life, I have worked as a Customer Relations Officer, data processing assistance and others. But my present job as a Realtor is one that gives me the opportunity to meet and relate with different kinds of people in the course of property related issues.

This job is one that has helped me with so much awareness on what properties are worth, ranging from apartments to duplexes, bungalows to block of flats. Since each has its own cost which one must be aware of when on the field search to be able to relate with clients properly. Although sometimes there are clause to negotiation which mostly comes from the Landlords who might want to just be lenient.

The joy about this job is that I make sure to help those in need to resolve their accommodations problems especially those who are desperate and some whose budgets are so demanding but must have a roof over there heads. Its a job that is not easy because it’s demanding, energy and time consuming because some weeks can be worse than others . Thanks too to online contacts which has also helped in terms of networking.

I could also say that this job can be seasonal because some weeks or months can have slow demand which is always time to relax a bit and unwind. Have time for family for park visit or beach 🏖, spend time with friends because when the boom weeks or months comes , its always crazy. And talking also about the pay 💰, its some time large especially when something big happens but in most cases, commission is the end result.

However, since I joined this family hive, it has also become part of what I do for a living, because my contents here on hive is like a job on its own due to the time I put in it.
I make out time while investing some in my physical job , I am also investing time here on hive which is my virtual job. A job that is also encouraging because when we put efforts in anything we do, we expect results which are the rewards for hard work . Hard work indeed pays, although sometimes it could be delayed , but it always pays.

In conclusion, when we love ❤️ what we do for living, there is always joy that comes from within , from our inner hearts ♥️. This is why we see ourselves wanting to be in that work, business or any others that we put efforts in and earn from. Therefore we should always make sure to love what we do for living to help bring out the best in us.
