THE PRIDE OF WEARING A SCHOOL UNIFORM…

If only i was still in primary school when this particular question came up, I would have answered it immediately and that to without thinking twice, that would have been a big record breaker for me. I honestly never loved uniforms as a kid, i hated it more when i was still in my junior secondary year. There was this time i lied about not having a uniform just because I wanted to dress in a different outfit for that particular day, i ended up getting caught but then it was too late for me to be sent back home for a change of clothes…

The tailors we had in my school when I was quite younger made me hate school uniforms so much, I remember wearing an oversized uniform for years in my junior years, non of the boys in my class back had fitted clothing, we all had an oversized shorts with big pockets, it wasn’t funny at all back then but now that I’m remembering it, i just can’t help but laugh crazily…

I never liked wearing uniforms because i hated washing clothes, and because it’s called a uniform, I needed to wash it everyday to look neat and clean or else I would be sent back home or punished badly…

If i had my way back then I would have banned uniforms and all forms of dress codes, let everybody wear what they have to school, after-all the only thing needed in that school is our presence and brain, not the way we are dressed as students. Well, that was then oh, not anymore, with time i got used to uniforms and dress codes so i kind of like it now, which means my answer would probably change presently…

I started loving uniforms when I entered college, and that was when I stopped buying my uniforms from the school itself, I would have gotten an oversized shirt and trouser if i had purchased from the school. My mum took it upon herself to get the exact uniform material from the store and giving it to a good tailor to get it sewn for me. I had a very good tailor, he made my uniform quite nice and well fitted, not too big not to fitted but good enough for a student, and I liked it…

I started seeing myself differentlyly after entering college, and now I know how important it is for a student to be dressed in uniform. A student is meant to be dressed in a common outfit, which is called a uniform, especially when one is in his or her junior/senior level of education…

We are in the 21st century now, which means we are in a more advanced era where anything can happen if the freedom is given. The children of this era are the best definition of GEN-Z BADDIES, if uniforms or dress codes are banned in school, what the gen-z baddies would wear to school will turn the whole school upside down down, this change will be the beginning of academic failure…

The children of nowadays don’t understand anything again, if not all, i think the majority of the kids we have in this era would love to attend schools that supports wearing of clothing that suits their taste. Don’t be surprised when you see a student wearing clothes without an underwear, and when this happens everything will start failing…

Now that students are still made to wear uniforms to school, the level of distraction these students are facing right now is enough to crash their academic career, now imagine if uniforms are banned and anyone can wear any type of clothing they want, won’t this cause a bigger distraction for the innocent students, i don’t even want to imagine how the schooling system would end up if such thing is sanctioned…

In summary, thanks to the implementation of uniforms and dress codes, things have been able to go smoothly in the academic world, I don’t think allowing students to wear the clothing of their choice is a good way to go…

In conclusion, there’s is pride in wearing uniform, and that pride shouldn’t be taken away from us for any reason…
