Hive is a home of great opportunity and that’s why I’m thankful everyday for my time on this platform. Hive is now more than a hub for making money but a place to connect with the great minds and also build wealth.
Being here, it’s been for over five months now and things have been going well. Also, I know we don’t have a formal do’s and don’t even though we do. Hive can never be perfect even though we are trying our best to make sure that this community is an amazing one.
And I’m sure that’s why some people continue to release new updates, create new frontends and so much more.
As a little fish on Hive, how about I give a few ideas about how Hive can become a better place.

Firstly, I have noticed that we have a lot of writers here and if we take a good look at it, most people are always talking about cryptocurrencies which is a very good one but maybe boring at times because we can’t just continue to focus on that all the time. We need to spice things up on this platform and that’s why I think the idea of more usage of short videos will be better.
As we all know, we are not just in the Web3 world but we are in an era where we have millions of videos online. Do you think someone will stop to watch your video especially when you are not a celebrity? No!
I know we have threespeak and that’s our mains source of videos but we have to do more with it. I feel people only make use of it when they have a contest or competition. The real short videos that people willingly did out of the love of Hive is quite little. I know I am also guilty of this but if I can come put it out that everyone should make a change, it means we can make a change together.
Let’s take TikTok as an example. The major things that reign there are short videos. We can all have YouTube shorts as an example. I’m sure YouTube made their research and found out that short videos are becoming more used and acceptable so if we can make short videos, it will be a good one.

I understand that so many people may not want to show their faces and truly, it’s not compulsory but there are so many ways we can make short videos without showing our faces.
We’re moving fast to the world of short videos and that’s why so many movies are now cut into series so it can be shorter.
This is a little thought and also a gift from me to Hive. I hope we all make moves.
