last night finally we had a good talk with some Indians from the "hive" on discord. We did that many times but I think this one went very well and you can a little success(step) toward the goals we are planning to do. Special thanks to @pravesh0 and @eceny team for the heads up and a great heads up really appreciate that.
we did discuss a lot of things last night, I was a bit nervous at the start but when it started we all were good only three of us did hear each other @pravesh0, me, and @inuke bhai (he is the old, member of the India united community). He is like one of the ancestors of the community. The shared a lot of old stories and he explained how the @indiaunited community was born and many other things were discussed.

There were around ten people joined the voice chat but all are muted. it was a good start for sure. I am waiting for the video that was recorded by @pravesh0 bhai. not sure how much it is going to take to edit it or maybe he will upload it raw or maybe not. we will know when it is done.

कल रात आखिरकार हमने कुछ भारतीयों के साथ 'हाइव' से डिस्कॉर्ड पर एक अच्छी बात की। हमने कई बार ऐसा किया लेकिन मुझे लगता है कि यह बहुत अच्छी तरह से चला गया और आप उन लक्ष्यों की ओर थोड़ी सफलता (कदम) कर सकते हैं जो हम करने की योजना बना रहे हैं। सिर के लिए @pravesh0 और @eceny टीम के लिए विशेष धन्यवाद और एक महान सिर वास्तव में सराहना करते हैं।

you can check out the detailed posts of last night's show from here. we are planning to interview old users first (to know everyone's point of view )and then plan the interview of the new users and will try to figure out what difficulties they are having after joining the hive. That is sure going to help them as well as the new users who will join the hive in the future. Yes, sure the hive is full of helpful users who are willing to help others without any greed or any other personal intention.

The initiative is pretty simple we are planning to onboard new users who feel comfortable writing in their local languages. I did try to onboard a few users to the hive but that didn't go well for me. The problem was simple they did find this platform a little bit different from other 2.0 social media platforms and that is true. If you don't get proper guidance at the start sure you will leave this platform very easily. Just to make a comfortable zone for the new users. The reason is simple English is not a native language of my county there are over 200 + local languages spoken and the language did get changed if you travel 100 km from one place to another.
