Transparency report & future plans

This is our 2nd transparency report after the first one that can be read here.

Since then, here's what we've spent post rewards on with @poshtoken.

400 Hive sent to users filling up our Hive-friendly subreddit list for easier sharing, since then we've seen more activity when it comes to @redditposh sharing as you can see by the automated comment alerts. We may spend additional Hive here as the list grows.

We have received most of the loan towards @commentrewarder back with 300 Hive withstanding.

We've spent roughly 387 Hive to buy back POSH from hive-engine.com and our account currently holds over 290k POSH awaiting a second lower distribution of rewards once POSH hits its supply cap of 1m tokens, currently roughly 60% there.

We've loaned 2000 Hive to @zingtoken as they had liquidity issues and needed a payment to go through fast, we expect this to be returned in the next few weeks.

We've loaned 106.88 hive to @nomnomnomnom which is in charge of liquidating @redditposh comments to give the sharers and authors all of the rewards without taking a fee.

We've spent 330 hive on POSH servers for this month.

When it comes to future plans, we've been in touch with a couple communities/onboarders/curators to discuss how to move forward with experimental onboarding initiatives. The plans are to start small and see how effective the plans are then re-assess if we want to continue experimenting further or if the idea is good enough to create a DHF proposal and scale that activity up.

We may have to generate extra funding for these activities through voting up @poshtoken comments in the daily posts, we hope that with these reports and transparent transactions the community understand that we're aiming to use the reward-pool efficiently and in the hopes that it'll bring value to Hive as a whole. Your opinions are appreciated.

Furthermore we'd wanna start hosting hive game giveaways once again, targeted games and assets would be Splinterlands, Wrestling Organization Online and Holozing. If you have other recommendations we'd love to hear them. These giveaways would require participants to participate in sharing of content of the games being highlighted for each giveaway, for instance our first giveaway will be Splinterlands and the objective would be to share SPL posts on Reddit and other similar kind of objectives. We've been in touch with @yabapmatt already who's shown interest in adding additional prizes to the giveaway so I hope the community will be excited!

We have also started an initiative to further reward the top sharers per week with HP delegations as we attempt to collect some HP while Hive prices are low to then use that more efficiently later for further initiatives that'll benefit Hive.
