Have you tried Pika Labs already? This AI-based model has recently launched its own website where it provides with the tools and space to generate videos through text from scratch or using images in its prompt to create motion from them. Let’s talk a little about it and let’s explore the features it offers.
From Discord to web, Pika Labs comes to offer to users a friendly and dynamic space to give life to the images we already generated using another tools, no matter what, but mainly it highlights itself with the text-to-video model within it. It is pretty easy to make and download any video here, by just only using words.
To create your account you can use whether an email or Discord and start generating after a few clicks. Then, you can also edit your public profile and data that you would like to show to the users inside the web app.
Pika Labs’ website works in the form of a feed where you can see and watch the videos that any user generate, besides of share them and download them to your device.
To generate a video is as simple as pressing the textfield in the bottom of the landing page and start typing. In my case, as an example, I would like to make a video of a Pikachu smiling, so I set that prompt in there and click the button next to the corner with a star logo. You could also upload your own images or videos of your choice.
You can wait until your video finish of generate and, if you don’t like it, you can retry or re-prompt it and even edit it.
Results are not the best but they can be worthy to make any short video or promo for our content in social media, Web 2.0 I mean. Library and Explore are two different sections to watch our own creations or others in any cases.
Something to have in mind is that every moment we generate we would be using tokens that will be recharging after 24 hours up to 30 credits, being, each video worth to 10 liquid tokens. We can upgrade our plan or purchase credits in order to generate more and more videos in less time.
