Yesterday, Corrie (my black and white border collie) stood at the opening of two curtains. In that space separating two rooms, she poked her nose out and stood looking out from one room to the other. For a minute or so she stood still. I wish I knew what she was thinking.
In that moment, she reminded me of a toddler exploring the world. Changing their perspective just a bit, and soaking in that change in view.
